MY Aunt is still in the hospital and almost on the verge of death please pray for her she is a very rare disease called "Geon Baray"
I also want to cry for Josh Garza at our school OJHS he broke his poor arm and i feel so bad for him i think his arm is shattered and might have to have surgery done

I am sorry about your aunt but she will be okay. My grandma survived it and is as good as new.
About Josh, I'm sad he broke his arm, but things could be a lot worse. I don't really consider it to be 'heart-breaking'.
